Whether studying, on sabbatical or just visiting, we welcome you to the Union Ministry Centre, set in the Welsh countryside on the outskirts of Bridgend.

Our Ministry Centre has two residential buildings which, between them, contain over 30 comfortable study bedrooms. We have a range of accommodation suitable for single students, married couples, and families.
Each of the residential buildings have lounges and a fully equipped kitchen, and guests can purchase light lunches and cakes as well as specialty coffees at our on-site Courtyard Café. Our chapel, which can seat up to 200 people, is also used on a Sunday by two local churches who are happy to welcome you to join their services.

Accessibility
Our campus has some ground floor bedrooms with wheelchair access and appropriate shower facilities.

What type of accommodation do you require?

Sabbaticals

The Union campus is an ideal location for a sabbatical or furlough, whether for a few days, or a longer period.

We encourage pastors, missionaries and other Christian workers looking for a period of study or training to apply to spend some time with us.

There is the opportunity to use our library facilities, be assigned a personal tutor, participate in the worship and life of the campus community, audit certain classes and take time for reflection and rest in our semi-rural setting.

We advise planning your sabbatical well in advance and are happy to advise concerning preferred dates, accommodation, scheme of study and costs. We aim to offer flexibility concerning the length of your study time, subject to the availability of accommodation. The application process is uncomplicated and quick.
